Chad's ship was suppose to pull into port on Friday, unload the airwing, and then pull out again. To my surprise, Chad came home around noon with flowers! The ship decided to wait until Saturday to pull out, so we got to see Chad for a little bit. We went to lunch (Baker's Crust), which was very good and then came home and made a bunch of phone calls, hashed out a few plans, took Vance to his scout campout and made dinner. It was nice to have him here to actually talk to him about what we're doing with the move, instead of emailing questions and then waiting for his answers. It wasn't a long visit, but it helped my mood soooo much. Now there's just a few more days until we're done with the ship for good!
